it will be a nice car when i'm done with it and if i still have it in 20 years and feel like making it stock then i can do so then

like i said i have all the original parts that are unique to this car (rear wiper, viscount seats, AC, etc)
if it was a camaro I would buy it in a heartbeat. I am not interested in acquiring a firebird.

lol i mainly want it because the brakes are really weak, i might look into 3rd gen V8 front brakes as well, i dont know if 4cyls got v6 brakes or even smaller ones

i wish it was a camaro too but this bird has grown on me, it would take alot of $ to make me part with it

here are some pics i took earlier this morning of the 'mini restoration'. just did it to prevent rust since there was alot of moisture in the cabin

        there was hardly any rust

good job. Do what you want to do and not what everyone else expects you to do. The main reason we molleste and change, mod the hell out of our cars is to make it what we want it to be.

Not sure on your year, but the base brake system should be the same across the board for early 80s...even V8s...

holy crap for a second there i thought i was looking at a fourth gen with a retro-fitted shifter

didnt even realize it had T-Tops either.

lol yea i must say 4th gen seats are 100x more comfortable than 3rd gen

I modified the shifter (GETGONE will probably kill me for that! LOL jk)

just took off the safety bump stop so i can push/slap it to change gears (i want a manual bad )

seats are a direct bolt in

despite what some may say, everything else (havent tried center console yet) is NOT a bolt in, infact it will require cutting/drillin the panels

i will be doing it this summer
