  • W72 Question

Just curious on the W72 engine option. The 78 TA I used to own had the TA/6.6 on the shaker. I seem to recall some had 6.6 Litre on the shaker. Did the TA/6.6 mean that it had the W72 engine?

the t/a 6.6 was a true 400 eng and the 6.6 liter was the 403

"TA" meant it was the more desirable pontiac 400 as opposed to the olds 403

Yep, the Olds powered Pontiacs don't seem to bring as much cash.
