  • ls1 swap wiring harness

i have been reading that in order to swap a ls1 into another non-lsx vehicle you need to modify the wiring harness.

    why?

if you have a complete donor car, couldnt you just swap everything over to get it running? no need to ac, cruise, etc

          thats what i thought.

only things im not sure about is gauges & igntion cylinder. i could re-use the key easy but i wouldnt want 4th gen gauges
