Steering wheel Lights?

Im working all the bugs out of my new car (98TA) and someone on another forum mentioned steering wheel Lights for the steering wheel radio controls. Do those light up or is he crazy?

Boooo wonder how those get replaced =/ means mine arent working. Pop off the buttons maybe?

Could try to gently pop them off. I'm not sure how they're held on, but maybe it's a little bulb... maybe it's a little LED. If it's a bulb, I'd definitely just switch it over to LED.
