Nada, I was going to throw it away, but then my dad talked me into selling it. Sure enough, I got like $110 plus S&H for it. I advertised it as being the only console on ebay with a working console lid hinge. If you got the money to do it, Chad, I'd highly suggest finding a 98+ console, you'd have a lot better time with that. The hinge is metal, so the lid hinge won't break on you anymore. Also, there's 4 cup holders and 2 12v accessory plugs.- Brian Meissen

my tape holder in the 95 has a piece of aluminum covering it, with fake carbonfiber over it, it houses my switches for the nitrous (all 3 and the purge) and the fuel pressure guage.
the interior change is in 97
gives you a whole nother year of cars to look for!! my SS has the new interior. and thats a 97.

That's a good idea. . . I should use the tape holder thing for switches. . . I don't know what I could put on the car that has switches, but it would look cool, right? I just use mine to hold CD cases, sunglasses, and an ink pen, you know, just random crap that might come in handy if you need to find lyrics or sign a check or something while you're driving. lolNick H.

Did you take yours out or does it have a guage panel covering it? I think a car with a cockpit full of guages looks high-tech.Nick H.

I read a magazine article comparing the 96 SS Camaro and the 96 Cobra Mustang. The author wrote:"The driver of the Mustang walks to the car, sits down, and drives. The driver of the SS strolls up to it, climbs into it as he would a jet fighter, and pilots the vehicle as such." Not exact wording, I lost the magazine, but you get the point. It kind of illustrates my reason for loving the hi-tech look.Nick H.

I like the guages there. Yeah, the SS and Cobra were both red. Is it just me, or did the Mustang look gay next to the Camaro SS?! I think it's true! lolNick H.
