    Ugh..the problems just wont stop with my maro..ok


    from 0-40..the car jumps..the RPM's rise and fall..it just jumps and wont run the way it will..until about after 40mph then everything is back 2 normal..anyone have an idea?

      ugh i cant take this camaro anymore..went to work yesterday..on the way home..well i went to start my car up..started up fine...brushing my windows off..my mom noticed my car shut off but i didnt cuz im 2 busy listening to music.....my car engine shut off..and couldnt get it 2 start so i took my moms car back to my place...came back this morning..still wouldnt start..time to ditch the camaro and get another car...this sucks

        Dont Know if they have a crank sensor but it sounds like thats what went out.My jeep did the same thing and it was the crank sensor .Hope it helps

          dude before you spend the money getting a different car, get yours fixed man it's worth it. It could be something really simple. My EGR valve was fried and caused the car to run REALLY rough. You might have more than one thing going on. If you get it started, try taking it to Sean at CARS. It's a little bit of a drive, but he'll get it working right.

              I'm pretty sure that was the EGR he was talking about having replaced if I remember right.

                Yeah, mine was the EGR valve. Sean had me replace the o2 sensors and the spark plugs, which was a good thing to do anyway since all were original, and that didn't fix it so I brought it to him and sure enough the EGR valve was fried. And let me tell you, much cleaner engine bay without it.

                  yea i had mine replaced when my problem started happening..and still poor gas mileage..i called AAA..had it towed 2 the shop..wonder wtf is wrong this time and how high the bill will be this time

                    If it does turn out to be the EGR valve just have it blocked off, It's just an emmisions piece and well....not neccecary

                      Agreed, removing the EGR valve all together makes the engine bay look so much more clean.

                        Ok just got my car back from the shop...they replaced the starter, and installed a crank sensor...clean codes, and changed my oil...total bill 372.28......my dad said this is the last time i come to him to taking my car in..im on my own if anything else happens to my whip

                            ..oh yea...


                            they also damaged my stripes on my front bumper....on the left stripe there is a piece like scuffed about the size of a quater..i noticed that when i went to go visit a friend @ work..made my day go straight to shit!
