  • Took her out for a spin!

Well had to take the ride out for a quick spin this AM.. Did a little exhaust work and wanted to make sure I fixed the vibration I had and only one way to do it!! Didn't like taking it out as I only have storage insurance on it right now.. Fortunately NO COPS! Man with my pinion angle finally set where I want it(-1 degree) and that new Spohn tunnel mount torque arm(installed a few weeks ago)she was really hooking!!

Seemed to hook much better than with the stock torque arm.. M.T. Drag radials(18's) in the spring and should be turning 12's next year. Ran a 13.11 at 109 on the old setup so pretty sure 12's are a realistic goal.. Even if it's only a 12.99....LOL

Sounds good to me!! Where do you run? Stanton is best for me, Martin wouldn't be too far either.. Last year I just took it here to Thunderbird on test and Tune nights to have some fun..

After talking to you Larry, I had to go and drag mine out. I needed to get the tank filled anyways before shes up for good good anyways. Took it to the wash and toweled dry. Covers back on and now Im wondering when I will pull it off again. Itll be after X-Mas before I cant start dumping any money into it.

I usually hit martin a couple of times over the summer, havent been able to break 13s there yet, its always been hot and humid as hell.

I have a feeling next year is gonna be a FUN season at the drag strips I gotta get my CAM!!

Ill be taking mine for the final spin this winter break. It needs a detailing BAD right now.

Hmmm...another Larry, another silver WS6...you might want to hook up with 1BADAIR...I believe he's in Oxford...

I'm seeing a trend for fast silver birds.

Not exactly sure what he runs, but he dyno'd out at 505 hp (?) on spray at dyno day this fall.

                  Sharp looking car.

505 HP. great numbers! I dyno'd mine last year at 370 RWHP(motor only) Going for a new tune in the spring and get the nitrous all checked out and tuned properly. Have never ran it before, going to give it a try next year.
                    Where's Oxford?

LOL, I have a 125 shot on mine, but it's never been used that I know of.. If it was it was by the original owner over 3 years ago. The 2nd owner never drove the car(300 miles in 2 years) and I just never got around to trying it.. Car was plenty fast enough without for street driving..
