  • Headlights for 4th gen.....

Ok I'm having a slight problem which is gettin very annoying. I bought some silverstar hyper whites for my car a little while ago and one died. I thought it was just a bad bulb but the next day the other one quit too. So now I have to buy another one. Now these bulbs didn't last nearly as long as the ones in my Accord have. (Put them on the Accord in 2000, died in 2005). These didn't even last me a year. I just want some nice hyper white or just white bulbs for my car. Its a 97. Could you guys give me some advice on what brand lights are the best??
Theres more to life than horsepower, but what kind of life is it?

May have been a bad batch. I am using the Silvania Silverstar's also and I have has those bulbs in there since 2003 no burnouts yet.

I have Euro lamps as well. Well worth the upgrade. However I think I will try different bulbs when they burn out.

I do not see a eurolamp for the 93-97 firebirds. Is there another site for them?

I just sent them a message about sponsoring MiFbody, and noticed on their site they said they had models for ALL Firebirds and Camaros. If you guys are interested in 93-97, click the link that says to EMAIL THEM for prices.

BTW, on the quality of the headlights.

I got mine for Christmas last year, earlier last week one of the bulbs finally blew out. And when I say it "blew out" I mean it literally blew out. The entire side of the bulb exploded outwards. These bulbs get HOT... I remember many times driving home from Woodward (about a 30 minute drive) and I'd get home and my headlights would be smoking. But, even so, they lasted almost a full year... huge improvement in my case, I was replacing Sylvania Silverstars in the "silicone method" every few months.
