Help to remove Crash pad and dash pad 95 Firebird

My crash pad cracked during the winter and my dealer damaged the dash pad removing to pieces to get it replaced.

Is there anywhere I can get instructions to do this properly myself?

To remove the dash pad just take off a pillars. And pry up on it slowly and carefully, have to separate it from the Velcro.
