  • 1993 z28 ratchet shifter?

Looking to install a ratchet shifter. Already have a 6 speed console.

So what else do I need and is there a write up?
Never went from a stock shifter to a ratchet. All my cars
Already had them when I bought them

Is your car originally a 6-speed car? If so, I have a plate that bolts right to the existing bolt holes that seals up the tunnel and has a B&M Hammer shifter bolted to it that lines up perfectly for using a 6-speed console. Just trip the top of the leather boot so that the hole is a little bigger and do some slight clearancing on upper console and you're home free. I'd sell it if you're interested.

Ah, sorry it won't work then. It's made to fit the floorpan for the 6spd cars and bolt in place of the rubber isolator. I do have a brand new B&M Hammer ratchet shifter I'm looking to sell though if you decide that's the shifter you want.

Looks like it's $165 through summit right now. $100?

Does it have the cable for a 700r?

This is what it is: http://www.summitracing.com/parts/bmm-80885/overview/

Honestly, I'm not positive. I've had it for a while and already had a cable for my TH400. Haven't looked inside the box in a long time, but whatever comes in that kit should be there.
