Looking for information on whats involved in an EVAP delete. After doing some initial fuel line disecting today, I found that the previous owner of my car must have partially disabled this system already. One of the vacuum lines on the EVAP solenoid is plugged (the lower connection) and there was an open vent tube bundled with the fuel lines in my engine bay I never knew about. (Im assuming these two should have been connected.)
I am planning on completely relocating my fuel lines, so if possible i would like to delete the EVAP canister and make everything as simple as possible. What do i need to do, and how big is the risk of gas fumes? Ive never had an issue with fumes the way the car is configured now... which is clearly not receiving the vacuum energy it was intended to.
