Ah, OK - I'll have to check it out. Nice thing with doing it over the winter is I am not in any hurry for these things to be done. It's all downtime, so whether it takes 1 day or 3 weeks, it's the same to me!

The first time you replace one, it takes a little time. From then on, its less than an hour total time. go on LS1tech.com to get instructions on where you need to make holes to get at the rivets. really not a bad job.

If it slowed down when the weather got got it's from the grease or lack of it in the track.

Hmmm - well, I'll tear into the door sometime thing winter and first thing will be to try and clean/grease it all up. If it's still slow, I'll replace the motor. Either way, it'd be good practice to clean and grease it anyway.
