  • lt1 fuel pump on ls1 engine?

    im sure if i looked around i could find the answer but figured id just post this hear n get some quick responses... Im lookin at an lt1 car thats currently a roller n would like to pick it up and put an ls1 in it, anyone know if the fuel pump for an lt1 would work with an ls1? Thanks in advance!
    1995 Firebird Formula (Sold but not forgotten)

    1998 Camaro Z28 LS1

    2003 Silverado 2500HD CCSB 4x4 6.6 Duramax (DD with minor mods for better "MPG's")

    2004 Trailblazer LT3 i6 4x4 (wifes ride)

    ls1 have the regulator in the top of the fuel module/tank. lt1 are on the rail

      Yes it will work. I have a 3.4L fuel pump in my 95 with a ls1. I just used a vette fuel filter/ regulator.

              Ya....they are telling the truth
              I'm putting a LQ9 in mine, the computer is the biggest thing.

                And to answer your question...yes you can.
                You will need a Corvett Filter/Regulator to do it and make it easy if you run the factor rails with the single inlet.
