I have been have intermittent idle issues on my car, this strings back to my old Formula as I have the same intake and throttle body on my current car as I did on my previous (BBK 58mm). My car would idle pretty high (~2000 rpm) intermittently. Sometimes it would idle perfect. I took the TB off my car, cleaned the IAC, adjusted the TPS voltage to .67V, and played with the set screw on the TB. It started up and was idling great, after I drove it around for a while though it would dip VERY low and want to die. So i played with the set screw some more and now it's pretty good, idles right around 850. During that process I would get a SES light if it was idling high. Just today I hooked up my laptop and logged the car idling. The SES light wasn't on, however datamaster said my DTC status was bad, and it came up with something wrong with the TPS voltage, however at this time the idle was good. I'm kinda confused. Should I just drive the car and see if it will continue to run good? Or make adjustments?
