I took my car out after work today to go get a snack.

As I pulled into the parking spot, the rpms dropped and it stalled, still in D.

I go out to get back in, fires right up, more rpm at idle then usualy, about 1000-1100. It should be close to 850.

I get home, plug my snap on scan tool in, the IAC counts at idle in park were 0, put it in gear, jumped to 55-60.

    Any ideas?

adjust the TB blade so that you get the IAC counts between 30 and 40, and make sure the TPS voltage is within spec.

TPI throttle bodies have a tendency to wear the shaft bushing which creates a vacuum leak, not sure if this is common with the LT1 TB's.

I found a pretty nasty vacuum leak, one of my rubber connectors had a slice in it.

Using some starting fluid found it easily.

      Thanks for the help.

I adjusted my throttle body to where most people say to .67 v
