        When you go for the alignment, go to a Frame shop instead of a Belle Tire BS. I go to a frame shop for all of my alignments and front end work and have never been disappointed. Personally, I'd say its the rag joint.

            Mine was the same way on my 96 and their was a part on the steering shaft going down to the rag joint that kept coming loose. I think there was another issue as well since I was never able to fully get ride of it. Was one reason I never really enjoyed my Formula since I could never really have fun in it due to the loose steering.

              Rag joint is between rack and steering shaft it looks like a u joint but it is intended to dampen road vibration.
