Exhaust tips for Camaro

Ok, so I really hate the look of the exhaust tips currently on the camaro and I think its time for a change.

Not exactly sure which SLP tips are these but..yea..not a fan


So what looks best on camaros? Obviously no tips but wouldn't it be best to just have a TD setup? Or would it be really retarded to have a set of turndowns welded in?

What I am thinking are the bazooka magnaflow tips

But am open to ideas. Would prefer tips that have a 3" or 3 1/2" out..maybe even touching 4"

They look like the dual / dual tips from the loudmouth.

Corsa dual dual tips, or the SLP tips that come on the loudmouth system. I think they are 3.5" single wall with like a 15* angle

No tips. angle the pipes upward and cut them short, angle it down so it doesnt blow exhaust into the rear bumper

Since it seems you already have ground effects on the rest of the car I'd vote CME as well. Otherwise, I've always liked Summit's 3.5" rolled-edge stainless tips, look great on most cars and they're only $20-25 a piece IIRC.

I think those SLP tips would look a lot better if you pulled them up/in a bit. I recently had the same set on my Z28 and they were much closer to the bumper cover. I personally liked the look. I think yours seem too far away, too far out? Perhaps it's just the angle of the photo.

New tips can be pricey. I was looking at Corsa tips a week or two back and those things were $150+ per side! No thanks...

I have the Magnaflow tips similar to what you posted and I love the look of them, but if I go up a driveway with to much of a grade, they drag.

I have a Flowmaster cat back and am ready to cut the ends off and go with turndowns. Was just going to buy a 2 1/2" mandrel bent U-pipe, and cut it into two pieces. Not a fan of the Flowmaster tips.
