Tint! again...

Well, it's my turn to get tint! Bringing back this topic again, but whats the best places to get tint over here on the far East...I've called around and everyone seems to charge $200. Any places cheaper, within a resonable drive?

Lol, Thanks thats pretty close too, i pass buy there once in awhile, i dont think i've ever noticed a tint shop there?? Yeah i think i'm going with the 20% for the sides...any more!?

i thought you could get as dark as you want on the back and rear sides (if our cars had rear sides) and that there was some limit like 3 inches down and 4 inches up on the front sides and as dark as you want down to that little A \/ thing on your windsheld. Thats what i was told where i got my windows tinted

any thing can be spray painted black for all the cops care except ANY WINDOWS ADJACENT TO THE DRIVER (ie driver side window, windshield, and passanger side window) but you are allowed a 4" strip from the top on those adjacent windows....it looks tacky as all hell and we never suggest it at my work...just tell people to go with 35% on their sides if they are "paranoid"

yeah i got 5 in the back and 35 on the sides and its just not dark enough, i think i'm gonna take it in since its under warranty and have them redo them and just add a little money into it for the 5 on the sides. I would do it myself like i did on my truck but my car is too special for me, and my truck, well i'll show you guys the pics tomorrow....

Thats fo sure the truth, i'd go with this but it seems the cops around here like to look for blackout tint when there bored, since nothing goes on here...:thumbsdo:

Its actually an Auto One shop, the DJ's Tinting place is like a business within the business.

lol, damn what luck. On my old car, when i had my 20% it seemed like whenever there was an overcast the tint seemed to turn to 5%. Back then i was "paranoid" so i rolled down my windows if a cop was next to me. haha

yea i have a couple funny stories about my windows, when i went to Canada my window motor was broken, so i got up to the booth and i had to open my door, they flipped out on me lol, my car ended up getting searched and all that BS!
