      I did an engine swap in my V6 last summer. Pulled my good rebuilt engine out of my crashed bird and put it in my new bird that had a seized motor (still have to tear it down to see what can be salvaged). I pulled it from the top. What you should do that would make things like this easier for you in the future would be to drill out the bolts on the manifolds and slide in a nut and bolt. That way it will save you at least an hour or two in the future if you have to take it out again. And in case it does seize, just one cut and your done. Drilling out those bolts is not fun.
      Adding power makes you faster on the straights. Subtracting weight makes you faster everywhere.

      For six days work may be done, but on the seventh day, you shall have a track day, a Sabbath of competing, to time the FIREBIRD; whoever does any work on it shall be put in last place.
