Need help with fuel pump issue LT1 Swap

I have my fuel pump in and everything is plugged in, I know the pump worked.
Is there anything I needed to do within the swap to change how the pump is powered?
Any differences between 1995 and 1996

It is not getting a ground from the PCM, I made a jumper and the relay clicked and the pump cycled, turned the key still no start.

Also I noticed that there is no SES light when you first turn the key forward.

When you turn the key, does the jumper trigger automatically? Does anything happen when you turn the key? Your PCM might not be getting power.

Using the wiring schematics in my GM shop manual, I found that the ground is a black wire with a white stripe, and it is found on the engine block, I put my test light on the positive battery terminal, and pushed it into the black and white wire, it lit up showing the ground was good , completeing the circuit. The PCM power supply should be that orange wire you had me switch, it shows that it is getting power at the PCM harness.


I am out of ideas, I almost want to just swap dash harnesses

Just need to take a systematic approach. If you replace the dash harness, you'll have to remove and replace the wiring going to the doors, taillights, etc -- I mean if you want to go that route go for it, but it sounds like a lot of work IMHO.

I don't have any wiring to the doors, =) but I get what you mean.
All of the normal lights come on other that SES and the fuel pump does not prime.
I asked around some people say it seems as if the PCM is not communicating with my car.

Well..... It runs.
Had to do some wiring.
Bad news, my alt is making a lot of noise, the bearing for the rotor assembly is most likely the cause.

A large pink wire, it was in circuit 439.
