02 camaro, no start please help

Thursday 16th of sept. My 35th anniversary edition camaro v6 3800 series II stalled in a heavy rain. I thought it might be the pcm, as I've changed that and the icm most recently. i removed and blow dried it. nothing. i tested the icm. same. i replaced a coil. nothing.
I noticed that my fuel gauge isn't working. i have replaced the stock pump with an aftermarket 255lph twice. now when its koeo. the pump primes intermittently.

I've also posted earlier this year and a year ago about pressure issues. all solved. but the car WILL NOT fire. it will crank. and tomorrow i will test ses and fuel pressure. each 150 at autozone.

Im going to say fuel pressure right off the bat, since youve had issues in that dept in the past. Let us know what your fuel pressure comes out to be.

My 01 did this, I wasn't getting spark.

codes p0107 and p0452(3?) and they are map low input and fp Sensor low input. replaced fps and nothing changed. with koeo pump primes intermittenly
