  • 4th Gen Floor pan

I was bored so I pulled all my interior out and carpet too. Possibly doing some form of dynomat and some undercoating under the feet areas. I found a nasty rust hole about fist sized. Does anyone make a replacement floor pan or do I have to weld in some sheet metal?

      What were they going for?
I have a few sets of 1968 ones for my dads bird and camaro ss.
I might just cut some out and use that I guess.

Through all of my searching, i never came up with any aftermarket floor pans for 4th gens. Yea it sucks but just make the most out of it.

Hit the scarp yards or find someone scrapping a car out. Replace the section that is bad. I've bought full replacment panels just to use a 5"x12" section since I don't have the tools at home to make a replacment panel with the contours and bends of the section I was replacing.

I also found a hole in my cars floor under the header. I plan on stitching a good section into it spot over the winter to fix the problem. I hate body metal work it's a dirty time consuming process but in the end those are the things that make the repair look like a factory panel.
