                • wish mine got half as many miles last year, baby seats don't fit so great back there, at least not the big bulky ones we have.

whats your point? that because you have a/c that your car is a daily driver? (of course putting the roll cage, faceplated trans, spooled rear end, et drag slicks, etc aside...)

my car gets driven too and it doesnt have a/c, im sure Joels car will get driven too and that no longer had ac. Even with all my problems this year I still managed to put just under 1600 miles on the car this summer

its the only major "amenity" I'll be stripping besides the back seats. I use the t-tops 100 times more than the AC anyway. Like I said its going to stay a full interior car except for 1 or 2 things.

Another point i'd like to make is that its pretty obvious f-bodies were never meant to be comfortable cruisers in my opinion. Look at all the cheap plastic. I'm not going to try to pass that off as nice, I'll rather just embrace what it is. If i want a nice cruiser im buying a vette. This car is being built like the title says: with a "Z28" purpose...which would be a bare bones road course car.

so your saying i shouldnt cruise around in my car when its done? no ac, no ps, no overdrive, but will still get better mpg's then a lot of people. but it still will weigh more then some to.. so what.. i never once used the a/c in my car when it had it. rather roll the windows down and have the wind blowing it

                          1. dont have a roll cage,
                          2. faceplated trans is nothing more than an early 50-60's manual trans.
                          3. no spool present.
                          4. drag slicks are for the track.
