Welcome to the Michigan FBody Association website.
The Michigan FBody Association is a centralized website for FBody enthusiasts to discuss what's going on in the Michigan area. MiFbody.com was created to allow for an easy one-stop place to find out what's going on in Michigan as far as FBody events, to find out what clubs are available in your immediate area, and for an easy place to post classifieds for items you want to sell! Our goal was to create a more close-knit community of FBody enthusiasts in the state of Michigan, and to bring Camaro and Firebird enthusiasts alike together for some amazing FBody events!
The most important thing to know about the Michigan FBody Association is that we are NOT a club! The Michigan FBody Association is open to everyone, and is a community. Thus, we will have get togethers, casual cruises, events, and such like that, but this is not an exclusive club and it's 100% free to join this site! So what are you waiting for? Register now!

Springs and shocks are here! Didnt realize these were somewhat of a progressive rate. This stuff looks soooo much better than the crap thats on my car.
Glad to see this long awaited mod finally headed to your car. I vote for the Brent paint treatment to the shocks. Also, the springs look identical to mine.
Progress has been slow lately, Ive been buried in homework, training for a new role at work, and traveling a lot. But I was able to pickup a new power window motor for my passenger door and start disassembling it to "unconvert" it back to power. The crank regulators were a disappointment, I would no longer recommend it as an alternative.

They are made just as poorly as the power windows. Operating them in the upward direction feels like its ready to break. Also one of the regulators had skipped a tooth or three at some point... And they dont come apart so its stuck that way and my window doesnt seal tight depsite trying every possible adjustment on the regulator.

Not your fault at all man. I just had a better picture painted in my head before i got them.
What would be really neat if we could figure some way to use a regulator system like the newer cars with thin metal cable and pulleys less metal on metal and less resistance on a motor. Cause in time that's what does all the 93-02 motors in is the resistance the motors get from the heavy window and the extra weight of the metal scissor system.

Well, crank window is removed. putting the power regulator back together is going to be a huge PITA... ugh why did I ever convert to crank in first place
Good news is, I just picked up coils, plug wires, and a new fuel pump sender from Jim. So im a racetronix kit and some fancy fuel lines away from getting this show on the road. Good thing I get 3 paychecks in November
