Welcome to the Michigan FBody Association website.
The Michigan FBody Association is a centralized website for FBody enthusiasts to discuss what's going on in the Michigan area. MiFbody.com was created to allow for an easy one-stop place to find out what's going on in Michigan as far as FBody events, to find out what clubs are available in your immediate area, and for an easy place to post classifieds for items you want to sell! Our goal was to create a more close-knit community of FBody enthusiasts in the state of Michigan, and to bring Camaro and Firebird enthusiasts alike together for some amazing FBody events!
The most important thing to know about the Michigan FBody Association is that we are NOT a club! The Michigan FBody Association is open to everyone, and is a community. Thus, we will have get togethers, casual cruises, events, and such like that, but this is not an exclusive club and it's 100% free to join this site! So what are you waiting for? Register now!

I took off my throttle position sensor today to do my throttle body bypass. Put it back together and now I am getting a code that says Throttle Position Sensor set to low.
Do I need to take it back off and reset the TPS?

Put it this way, if you have a money tree a LT1 is a wood chipper!
On my 90 bonneville, if you didn't set the voltage correct the PCM would flag it as a TPS circuit voltage high or low.
I would just use a multimeter, back probe the connections, and dial it in by rotating it in the direction it needed to go.
Its been 10 years or more..I think mine was set at 0.26v closed, and near 5V full open, but I would check your requirement.
Does anybody have a service manual or something that states the voltage for the TPS on his car?
Edit:
I dug out my 90 bonneville service manual. Hope this mabee gets you something to try, since it's OBDI.
TPS Adjustment procedure:
With throttle normally closed, with ignition on, connect a multimeter to terminals "B" and "C"
Adjust TPS to obtain .33-.46 volt with throttle valve closed (Rotate the tps body)
Once voltage is in range, Tighten screws coated with green or blue loctite
On my model Terminal C was a black wire - Ground, Terminal B was dark blue - TPS signal going back to pcm. Terminal A is the 5V reference voltage.

Do the above procedure then. It sounds like it needs adjustment and it's just out of range of what the PCM wants to see.
0.067v is too low, probably 0.67v. Probe the back of the connector and see where you are working within.
I did a google search, and it seems that 0.5-0.67V might be a safe neighborhood to work in.
Other forums are quoting 0.67v - but range the TPS and see if your getting 4.8V at WOT when you adjust it. You don't want more than 4.8 at WOT.
