I want to replace all my balljoints but I want to know if its better to replace the entire upper control arm or just drill out the rivets in the old one and bolt on the aftermarket boys, but my friend told me that wouldn't be a good idea and to just get a new control arm from the factory with the riveted ball joint....Some suggestions would be a big help, got any? lol

You can also use an air chisel to cut the rivets off your control arm.
If you buy the Moog ball joints they come with a lifetime guarantee.

first....You WANT tor replace your balljoints........?
Why? If they aren't splosly or putting thm under a lot of stress...why replace them?
If it was me I would just grind/ drill the old BJ and install an aftermarket one. But thats up to you

I always replace ball joints over full control arms. I like to use factory stuff if money is there but if not I used MOOG.2005 Yamaha R6
