problems with my z28

if anyone could help me out with this that would be great, first off, when i had my temperature read in my car last week by steve, he told me that all my o2 sensors are dead, and i recently changed the drivers side so i'm thinking a fuse or something could be out, i pull just about every fuse out except the big block ones and they were all fine, just wondering if anyone knows how to fix this problem or what it could be. thanks,

p.s. if i don't have this fixed by saturday i might not be able to go to the meet and greet

whats he mean by dead. they get old and switch slow or the heaters fail
the heaters are on the eng sens fuse. that fuse is also the heater for the maf

i put a 160 thermostat in and i wanted to verify it wasa 160 so he read it on his laptop and he checked my o2 sensors and they were flatlined not giving any signal, they could be slow, i did have to replace the engine sensor fuse, im hoping thats all it is and nothing to worry about,
