What kind of rotors and pads to get? I think I want EBC brake pads but I don't know what kind?

Hawks pads FTW! Talk to brian he just did brakes on his car. I believe he got a great deal on Drilled and Slotted Rotors as well. I would do drilled/slotted rotors with hawks pads...

I got a full set of D/S rotors (front and back) from HPA on CamaroZ28.com for $200. The Hawk HPS brake pads - regarded as some of the best pads on the market - for all four corners was $150. $350 total.

As far as what kind... You need to call the company and tell them what you will be doing with the car and they can siggest a product. Everyone wants brakes pads that aee cheap, last long, stop the best, and make little dust. You will not find those brake pads! lol

Hawk pads are great, I might be able to get them at a discount, let me know.

Hawk HPS pads are a quality product, from what I've heard. I plan on running those on my front brakes on my car whenever I get around to changing them.

As far as rotors go, IMO, slotted rotors are the way to go. Cross-drilled rotors tend to crack.

Your saying one product is "better" because it makes less dust? Lets agree the function of brake pads are to help stop the car not keep your wheel clean. Most of us clean our vehicles once a month so cleaning the wheels are part the process.

I know for fact that hawk sells at least 3 different models, HPS, HP Plus, and ceramic. They are are made for different driving styles/applications. That why I recommned you call EBC, hawk, etc and they can help you pick them out. That what sales people are there for.

Had Hawks pads with stock rotors on my car and i really liked them. Dust wasnt that big of an issue, car was daily driven and I would clean the wheels off maybe once a week
