O2 sensor HELP!!!!!!

Car is throwing 02 code bank 1 sensor 2and a p0400 EGR code, I have o2 sim on the pass side in the front 2 are hooked up but I cannot find the other one are their only 3? I thought there were 4? and if so where is the Bank 1 sensor 2 located?

PS: the P0400 code mean I will prob have to replace the egr valve? should have just deleted it along time ago

There should be 4 total - 1 on each side before the catalytic converter and 1 on each side after the catalytic converter. I think bank 1 is driver's side, sensor 2 means it's the downstream sensor (after the cat)

so some where after the cat on the drivers side? any idea?

Not too sure unfortunately - I've never had a car with O2s downstream.

its near the end of the transmission next to the drive shaft area on drivers side, thats where mine was when i took them off

Thats wear they are on LS1 cars, on the lt1 car 2 fronts are hooked in my headers on is kinda by cat/converter on pass side, the other is further down on the tranny on the drivers side. I appreciate all the help so far so good today Ill drive it more later.

Its going for emissions then when and if MeenZ28 hooks me up with the lt4 stuff and its tuned I will have all that shit gone aswell.

man what luck am I having now I get an 1133 code and the P0400 code is back meaning I needa get an egr???? I really regret not having that shit deleted....... What to do change the o2 in the header and replace the egr?
