Where can i get EGR/AIR block off kits?

Looking to block off the ports for the secondary air on the exhast manifolds and probably the EGR as well. I know my air pump or something to do with the secondary air system is bad and while i am removing that i thought i would ditch the egr. I know i will have to get a tune to remove the codes.

Buy some .22 guage steel from Lowe's and make them. It's the cheapest and easiest way IMO.

Thats where I ordered mine, but ended up just putting Lt-1 gasket on my EGR because the ticking was 10x worse with the block off plate on and it kept turning along with the screw so it took forever to line up.

.22 guage steel and RTV = no ticking.

Ok i made one side yesterday, it went ok except for my bench grinder kept getting the alum. stuck on the wheel. I found some alum. landscaping stakes i had laying around and used one of them. they are just over 1/8" thick and i reused the gaskets since they seemed to be in good shape. thanks for the advise. Not sure if i will do the egr or not. I hear sometimes you lose a little mpg, is this true and is there any benifit to removing it?

I wouldnt say there is any engine benefit. Mostly just clears up space. The EGR is pretty much worthless in my eyes, just a big metal waste of space.
