        I wouldnt think that the shift improver kit would be much over 80 or 100 dollars. For a converter, it all depends on what you want to do. I had a 3600 stall in my 94 and loved it. My wife drove the wheels off it and never had an issue. She used to love mash the loud pedal and snap the converter and launch the car from a roll at about 35-40 mph, lol. Just put an external trans cooler in line with the factory cooler in the radiator. I mounted mine to the chin spoiler bolts and bent the bracket so that it was in the direct air coming into the radiator. Not recomended for a car driven in winter, but mine never was anyways.

            converter hands down although that wouldn't cover a nice one.
