Need help before spring hits

Before the new season of driving hits, I have some issues I need to fix. First I need to replace a missing right fog light since I hit an animal; is there anything special that needs to be done or any advice about making it easy. I figured its just a simple install, just in a confinde space.

Second a quick question about the clutch; I have been driving manual transmissions for a while now and use to many different types of clutchs. The question is: Do these clutchs have somewhat of a high pedal, meaning that it doesnt like to grab until the pedal is about 2/3 to 3/4 of the way up. This is my first hydraulic clutch and was just wondering or do I need to replace a clutch too.

And finally the drivers side door window when I put it up it starts to bind up when near the top, so I have to push the front of the glass in to help it up. I figured that this may be a common issue due to the lack of a frame.

Any information would be grateful and appreciated.

Your window motor could be going out.Those are fun to replace

is the clutch stock? at like 50mph slowly push the pedal in until you feel slip. if it slips without much travel the slave is shimmed wrong or the clutch is worn

The window regulator sound likeit going bad. there are 2 rollors that wear and to fix it you need to replace the whole mechanism. We did this on Brians car pissy job but it can be done.

Yes the clutch is stock; the car has 103,000 miles on it. The owner before me took good care of it before I took ownership. I have all the paperwork from the work that was done to it and from what I see there is nothing about a clutch. I am guessing its original??

Reguarding the window issue, is there a "how to" on the forums or a step by step out there. I am coming up with nothing.

Fog light is easy. Idk if this is factory for all camaros, but I replaced one on a 2000 SS, and there was a "trap door" underneath the fog light.

Thank You very much Yoshi94, I saw this site before and for some reason I could not find it again, I found some that were like it but not as good.

And yes there is a trap door cuz I had to replace the bulbs. And I just bought a HID converstion kit for the fog lights because I didnt use my fog lights all last year because having HID headlights and halogen fog lights looked stupid.

stock clutches on LS1s do not hold up well. two of my friends have smoked theirs around 50k miles, id say you did pretty good to get 100K+ out of one. its all your driving style though - id imagine a babied one would go forever.

The window problem doesn't sound like the motor it sounds like the regulator. This is the arm mechanism that the motor drives. There are 2 rollors that are fastened to arms and run in tracks and these go bad. the whole arm asm we bought at dealer and if I remember was 100 or 120 bucks. once you have inside panel off you'll see bolts that hold that. If your lucky they might have worked loose and all you have to do is tighten them.
