I'm toying with the idea of mimicking the look of the SLP Camaro RS on my car, but with an SS hood. However, I heard somewhere that the factory SS hood would not work with a 3800 V6 car. Does anybody know if this is true or just BS?

i cant imagine why that would be. Dont V6s and V8s use the same radiator support and lid? That would be the only area of any clearance issues.-Joel
