ok.... 1st ? is...... is it safe to used carb cleaner on the TB....? the inside pretty dirty... and 2nd ? is what do u guys use to remove the long tube lookin thing that hangs down on the intake elbow..?? i wanna remove it for space and put something else there ??

Not sure if carb cleaner would be safe to use so i went to the parts store and got some that was for fuel injected engines, said it was sensor safe. Seemed to work good to cause man was it dirty! as for your other questions i will let one of the others answer.Originally posted by Camaroz2894 -
As for the secound ? that would be your Resonator tube is what I'm thinking your talking about U can remove it I would recomend getting a kit from Summit or jegs. There under Intakes & boxes at Summit. They come with new Elbow, Seals, and every thing els u need.Originally posted by KuruptWS6spd
