After you have replaced your first motor, it gets easier. I've done enough now on so many different cars that I can normally do them without much trouble. You do have to have pretty limber hands. Also, I normally find (as long as the motor is still trying to work)that the first thing to do is inspect the tracks, and grease them. A lithium spray normally works pretty good. Also, changing the brackets, or arms that they give you are quite often not needed, and just makes the job more difficult.
