What OIL do you use?

Hey all, What brand and viscosity of OIL do you all use?

I have been using Castrol Syntec 5W-30

The chevelle gets Brand Penn Racing oil because it has enough zinc for a flat tap cam.

My Tuner gets Mobil 1 per GM's recommendation.

I want to by a beater and it will get the cheapest stuff money can buy.

You can find that at your local speedway gas station....prolly be just as much as brand name though!!! LOL

I dont understand how gas stations can charge that much for cheap off brand oil!!

I've been only using Murrays'/Oreilley's 10w30 so far but I haven't gotten that many miles onto the new engine build yet.

Mobil 1 5w-30 with an AC Delco filter only because it has been done since the the factory. I know AC Delco filters are like Motorcraft though and change manufactures ever few years. I just pray they aren't made by Fram!

i never had to open one. the cummins diesels would do it for me

European Formula Castrol 0W-30.
Every once in awhile I'll put in Marvel Mystery Oil to get some minerals back in the block.
For the first 1000 miles I used Rotella T for break in because it has tons of minerals and is very cheap.

Also nothing but a K&N filter goes on my car.
