Where the top meets the windshield. My girlfriends top has like a gap on the passenger side. The driver's side is fine, in the winter she can feel the cold air coming through it so I'd like to fix it before then.

You can adjust the latches for a tighter fit. There's a set screw in the hook, back it out a little so the hook rotates freely, then adjust the hook until it closes tightly and tighten the set screw. If this doesn't help, then the frame is probably bent somewhere, which is a bigger problem.

I actually believe the frame is bent. It was in a wreck, and repaired (for lack of a better word) by what looks like a man with one arm and a paint brush with bondo.

Agree with Will's statement for adjustment, but if the frame is bent you may have to get creative at bending it back. Buying a new frame and having the top reinstalled won't be cheap. Are you sure it's the top frame and not the cars A pillar that's out of whack??

I honestly don't know. I'm just going to try to adjust it and see what happens.
