    hmmm I hope that is the problem in a sense, maybe GM had a bad batch of gaskets that you both got your hands on.
    Doing less with more

      I have never had any luck with any type of gasket until I went to a dead soft 1/4 thick alum. gasket.

      No leaks for me now and they will never burn out

              Mine are not Percy's but yes.

              And I should have said that the gaskets I was talking about were collector gaskets.
