Welcome to the Michigan FBody Association website.
The Michigan FBody Association is a centralized website for FBody enthusiasts to discuss what's going on in the Michigan area. MiFbody.com was created to allow for an easy one-stop place to find out what's going on in Michigan as far as FBody events, to find out what clubs are available in your immediate area, and for an easy place to post classifieds for items you want to sell! Our goal was to create a more close-knit community of FBody enthusiasts in the state of Michigan, and to bring Camaro and Firebird enthusiasts alike together for some amazing FBody events!
The most important thing to know about the Michigan FBody Association is that we are NOT a club! The Michigan FBody Association is open to everyone, and is a community. Thus, we will have get togethers, casual cruises, events, and such like that, but this is not an exclusive club and it's 100% free to join this site! So what are you waiting for? Register now!

u live in sterling heights? and have a green formy! lol i like the color but im biased and where about sterling heights i live at 18 and van dyke, went to stevenson.
It took about 2 solid days between the new xfi292 cam and the conversion kit. Pcm wiring was a b*tch and took about 5 hours alone. Cars run great. Went to vector to have steve tune but had a fuel pressure problem. Still put 290 at 480 but with a 15.5 afr. Goin back in a week or so after the new regulator comes in. Btw does anyone have an adjustable regulator? The car is drivable just i cant get on it. Starts up and drives smooth.
Oh and i live right at hall n schoenherr. Itll be out to woodward here shortly. From what ive been told im one of the only guys with the setup. If anyone else has this though id like to talk to them about it.
It was 550 for the sensors kit from eficonnection.com and with other misc stuff probably a little over 1000. Plus 500 for the tune. I bought the DIY wire hareness kit for 100. Its 850 for a premade harness. If anyone is interested in the conversion or has question. Ill be more than glad to help anyone out
This is so sweet to hear. I was so not ready to spend $3,500 for a BS3 or fast kit forr my lt1 just to run more bost. So tell us more about the set up. How much did it run you all together? how is it runing?
I would like to see how this works maybe i can run 22+ lbs of bost on my lt1
Well its 450 for the dyno tune but when u buy the pcm it hast to be tuned before the car will even start. That was 50. Steve from vector does my tuning. Hes very good. He actually told me about this setup so i did ALOT of research and just bought stiff when i had money. Took about a month to gather all my parts. Car started up first try and runs very smooth. I have a bad fuel regulator right now but parts will be in tomm. This set up allows for more accurate tuning and higher reving without shattering your opti. Its just time consuming but very worth it in the end. Not to mention how cool it looks and a deff head turner.
Steve definitely knows his stuff. He's shown me some pics of the stuff he's tuned... my stuff is like a honda civic compared to what he normally is tuning at Vector.
