2 long bolts in the 10-bolt rear end cover?

What are the 2 long bolts in the 10-bolt rear end cover?
It's a 94 trans am axle.

Just wondering what they do? They seem too long like they will break off before tightening down to the rear end cover?

They're for holding down the brackets that your E-brake lines run through. The brackets are just bent pieces of thick diameter wire, basically.

I believe they are the bolts to hold the brackets for the brake line on each side of the diff.....
