Wow If you have emissions, an LT1 And your A/c compressor is dead.

I really feel bad for you, I just got done getting my A/c compressor out and WHO the hell designed that BS taking out the compressor took longer then ripping the whole engine bay + engine apart.

is there really a need for 2 bolts + the big bolt for the A/c line in the rear?

I'm just gonna put in 2 bolts and say screw the very top one Because if this A/c compressor dies I'm not doing this again its not fun lol. 8-O

I had my whole system out in under 2 hours. I did have the radiator out too.

i got the radio hooked up in the Z and now i haz music again.

didn't really help that someone took my car apart before me and put the wiring harness in the wrong spot, so it was in the way of the bolts made it really hard, i still dont know where it go's any pointers will be great.

Actually i stayed Up, i wanted to go to bed but the feeling of having your car done in 1 week is badass. i stayed awake yesterday till 7pm

if you want come over tomorrow. I might be dropping the subframe tonight, And then stripping it tomorrow to paint it Gloss instead of flat black


But the rear A-arm bushings are shot and i don't have a press. so i need to find someone who can do it for me.

I'll be up again around 5am same time i started this morning. i know you won't but i'll pm you my number So you can text or call. i need to look for my injectors again tonight.

ugh, this very much so sucks big donkey, I've searched the whole house for the 30# injectors my dad swears up and down he gave them to me a few months ago....


He also cant make up his mind if they were in a box or a bag or if they were labeled.

Looks like i gotta save up more money and buy another set.


Found them WOOT, they were in a little itty bitty white bag. my dad said brown bag/box

glad you found them! My dad moves my stuff all the time, so I can never find it. When I ask him were he put it and even give him a description of the part he NEVER remembers
