Welcome to the Michigan FBody Association website.
The Michigan FBody Association is a centralized website for FBody enthusiasts to discuss what's going on in the Michigan area. MiFbody.com was created to allow for an easy one-stop place to find out what's going on in Michigan as far as FBody events, to find out what clubs are available in your immediate area, and for an easy place to post classifieds for items you want to sell! Our goal was to create a more close-knit community of FBody enthusiasts in the state of Michigan, and to bring Camaro and Firebird enthusiasts alike together for some amazing FBody events!
The most important thing to know about the Michigan FBody Association is that we are NOT a club! The Michigan FBody Association is open to everyone, and is a community. Thus, we will have get togethers, casual cruises, events, and such like that, but this is not an exclusive club and it's 100% free to join this site! So what are you waiting for? Register now!

Ya Joel, very similar to that but my car don't shake.
mine was only shaking because i had it stabbed at 1500 RPM in 6th gear, which I was only doing briefly to demonstrate the engine being down a few cylinders
but yea - I almost gaurantee its your plug wires. I went through 2 sets of aftermarket OTVC wires before i learned my lesson and bought some delcos that actually work worth a damn... like the ones i took off in the first place
So while youre missing and dropping cylinders at low rpm. but mine is dropping at higher rpm. mainly after 4g with a cold engine(sometimes it doesnt miss at all),and anywhere from 2g-3g on a warm engine. all ive had time to do so far is to change the filter, and check the lines from the tank to the filter. those are all clear. and i checked the resistance on my resistors, my 6&7 injector are an ohm low. any thought on what would cause the reverse of the above mentioned problem? btw not trying to jack your post just trying to find answers
high rpm missing is often a sign of a failing opti - however its not the opti if it is a particular cylinder.

yep, a set of delcos, some zip ties, and a half hour later all my grief went away. getting that problem fixed made me almost as happy as the cam swap... between the 2 sets of wires and a new opti, i wasted an easy $600 on that gremlin that never should have even existed in the first place.
I was so excited i cruised woodward with the old OTVC wires still hanging there
