'95 Firebird Formula Problems

Having a few problems with my '95 Firebird Formula. LT1 4L60E. Trying to figure it out. Any suggestions where to start?

26 - evaperator purge circuit

27 - egr circuit

77 - fan 1 circuit

My car seems to run fine except Im guessing the fan 1 circuit is for my fan and its not kicking on? After a few minutes it got pretty warm and my fan isnt kicking on. Any ideas what could be going on?

bad ground for the fan possibly or bad fan or wiring. the others are emisson crap

Do you even have the EGR and EVAP hooked up?

Gas cap on and tight? That can cause an EVAP code. But sounds like a wiring issue in general, relating all of the problems.

#6 under/hood fuse - ignition fuse. It's shared by all three of the items that are having an issue.
