  • Front bumper cover help

One of the many things I've been doing to get my Z28 back to original condition is to take care of the body work. I did find a painter on my side of town, and he's going to be taking of the little dents and dings that come with 14 years of wear. I picked up a replacement bumper cover from Rock Auto Parts and he's going to paint that next. So my question is, are there any tips or things I should watch out for pulling the old one off and installing the new one.

    Thanks, Rick

I bought a chiltons manual and it shows every bolt and nut that holds that sucker on. I believe there is 4 in each fender, three under the the fender and one that comes into the bumper through the fender, push pins top and bottom.

Hi, It's brand new from Rock Auto parts. It ran about eighty bucks, alot cheaper than Eckler's. Should have seen the box it came in, it's bigger than the car! LOL!!
