he said he has 55psi of fuel pressure and that he knows its not getting spark. Are there any particular steps to the missing spark he should investigate Larry?

What regulates the coils on an LSx? I remember Angie's car was misfiring or something and we drove it to CARS and Sean replaced one of the coils. I doubt it but what's the chance that the coils are bad? Is there one that could lead to single point of failure?

The computer sends the signals to the coils, and since you tried multiple cylinders for spark, chances of all of them going bad at once have to be close to astronomical. Some how, the coils arent being told to fire. I think you said you had 12v at the c101 connector. If thats true, then the fuses are good and so is the wiring(to that point) you should see that same pink wire hook to a white connector on the passenger side coil pack bracket, check for power there, if youve got nothing there then theres a wireing issue, if you have power there, then for whatever reason the coils are not getting the signal to fire. Again, probably a wiring issue there aswell.

Where are you located, maybe I could swing by and have a look.

I thought he said he had spark had plugs grounded to the headers on each side.
I did not remember the 55 lbs of fuel pressure.
So the only thing left is fireing the injectors.
Oh just remembered this started when he put on headers I think. Mike check the position sensor its down by starter, wires could have come of or got melted by headers.

I thought it was a no spark issue.

If thats the case I just dug up some pinout info for you, on the coils, the black wire is a ground, see if it is indeed grounded. Check continuity.

              start from the top.
              connect scan tool and crank
              rpm signal?
              codes?
              is p1226 present?
key on. check for power with a test light on both sides of the following fuses
              injr 1-----
injr 2---- controls fuel and spark to 4 each
              eng ctrl
              eng sens
              a/c cruise.
all of those are powered by the ignition relay. key on all should have power
check for power at pcm ign fuse and abs ign fuse
if all that is good borrow a set of noid lights(don't use a test light). plug them into each injector and crank. should blink. check for spark(with plugs that are in the car)

Are the fusees good? Do you have power at the c101 connector on the body side?

this is odd cause each side is powered by diff fuses.
are you checking the fuses by looking at them or with a test light?
