        His should BE OBD II. 1995 was OBD 1.5

            i didnt notice it as much today, and my dad said when he took it to get gas he didnt notice it at a light

                Nope, 95 is the goofy ass year with OBD 1.5. I have one.

                    i spent some time looking under the car today and i noticed that the rear A/C mount was touching the engine mount also the two 13mm in it were only finger tight
                    so i bend the bracket back and tightened the bolts
                    guess what no more vibrations =)
