Not as rare as the Gold - only 5 were made in 1999.

In 2000, only 13 SOM Camaros were produced. They were all GM fleet vehicles and then later auctioned off.

In 2001, only 1,380 were produced. 4.8% Only rarer color for the year was Mystic Teal Metallic with 930 produced (3.2%)

In 2002, only 1875 were produced. 4.5% 3rd rarest color - second rarest is Montery Maroon Metallic with 1834 (4.4%) produced, and then B4C two-tone with 13 produced.

Unfortunately finding color break downs for LT1 years is a lot harder. I've got a handful of links that I use but none have color break downs for LT1.

that color seems to be rather rare too, I dont know for 94 but here is the numbers for the color from 94-97
