Okay so over easter break I saw this 4th Gen pre 97 firebird. I don't now why I just thought about it. Anyway this bird had a trans am hatch but one of the strangest body kits I've ever seen. Not a Wings, West, W68, or even the trans am body kit. Well it was dual tone paint emerald green on top and tan on the bottom. It said Pro Am III on the lower door area. Anybody ever hear of this thing?

Pro-Am III Firebird (1995) (done by a company in Chattanooga, TN.(no longer in business) The cars are base V6 Firebirds with large "Pro-Am III" lettering on the doors. The stock hood got a fiberglass ram air scoop attached to the top (looking the Firehawk/WS6 hood), but it's not functional. It also got side skirts, a dual outlet muffler, a numbered plaque, two-tone paint, chrome 5-spoke 16" wheels (with the original base tires), and different bumper covers.) these cars seem rare!!Last edited by Derek; April 25th, 2006, 08:31 PM.-Derek-

Cool! I'll have to pass it one to my gf's cousin. The car is parked just down the street from their house near plymouth. As I said, it is different yet bad ass! I hope they join up!!!

I also did a little searching. Amazing how little info there is. This 1994 sold on Ebay. Nice looking package. The seller thought there were only 215 made (in 1994?) This one had 215,000 miles.
