thats a BS excuse i would be suprised if that shop even looked at it... i cant think of any system that would straight up block you from changing the speedo... unless of course to computer is shot and the car doesnt even move... i think you just got ripped...

when I did the rear end swap, I went to a dealership and they reflashed my pcm with a new vin for the gears and I paid like 90 bucks. That was before hp tuners was created

lol well untill then get a china marker and have someone drive by you at set speeds... 34 45 55... and mark where you are at on the speedo... mines still way off with the 4.10 gears but i have mech. and isnt as quick of a fix as yours... i have 2 plastic gears i have to swap out one for the cable itself going to the dash which i found and one in the trans... which i have yet to find... try a dealership and see what they say for a price.. atleast you know you can get it done there

I wouldn't ever recommend Livernois motorsports after what happened to Adrian, find another shop.

Drew said he might be getting a job there, if he does atleast we can trust Drew there, otherwise I personally always recommend Victory Racing Engines, Stenod, or Wheel 2 Wheel.
