Have a little bit of a problem with my swap. I need to figure the vacuum and pcm stuff out. Im using the truck valve covers with the ls1 intake, I have the one big hole in the back of the drivers valve cover, that on the truck the pcv valve went but I dont know where the hose that comes out of there goes? Then theres the nipple coming out of the passenger valve cover facing the front of the car, where does that go? Then theres the nipple coming out of the passenger side of the intake, and the one coming out of the TB? How do I connect all that crap?

The driver side should come off the pcv valve and into the intake manifold, then pass side connects to the TB tube. I'm not 100% but pretty sure.Doing less with more

I believe the one facing the rear of the car tees into the driver side on its way up to the manifold. I know that the "dirty" side which comes from the crankcase has to pass through the pcv valve and then into the manifold. The "clean" side come off the front pass side and goes directly into the TB because it doesn't contain crankcase vented air.Doing less with more

the front nipple on the pass side goes to the TB vent. the rear nipple and the drivers one T and hook to the PCV valve. the PCV valve hooks directly to the port behind the TB
there should be a 90 degree fitting that goes in the drivers valve cover. LS2's the pcv went directly in the drivers cover

the pcv valve is black and attaches to the manifold with a black hose just like the ones that come off the valvecovers. I'm not sure about the track manifolds but my valvecover nipples are about the same size as the one on my intake. Post up a few pic of what you have so far Spencer maybe that will help.
Two good pics from Larrys link.
